Terms and Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services provided by Bonner Media LLC. By placing an order with Bonner Media, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions stated below. Bonner Media reserves the right to change or amend these Terms and Conditions without any notice.
Project Acceptance
At the time of a project proposal, Bonner Media LLC will provide the client with a written estimate or quotation by email. Estimates are valid for 30 days. The client may approve a project verbally, send an email or text message acknowledging acceptance, or send an official purchase order in reply to the estimate or quotation which binds the client to accept our terms and conditions. These Terms and Conditions can be read at any time on the Bonner Media website.
Payment
Bonner Media LLC accepts cash, checks, credit cards, and ACH bank transfers for payment. Unless special arrangements have been made, all orders under $500 require prepayment in full prior to any work starting. Orders over $500 require a 50% deposit upon project acceptance, and the remaining balance due within 30 days after project completion. If a client chooses to use a credit card for a large payment, a 3% surcharge may apply. In such cases the client will be informed of payment options at the time of order.
Default
An account shall be considered default if it remains unpaid for 30 days from the date of invoice, or following a returned check. All past due amounts shall bear an annual interest rate of the lesser of 18% percent or the maximum rate allowed by law.
Customer Submitted Artwork or Files
If a client chooses to submit their own artwork for a project, Bonner Media LLC will provide the required file and layout specifications. A proof will be provided for customer approval. Bonner Media is not responsible for customer files that print fuzzy, distorted, or with color shifts, and we will make reasonable effort toward rejecting a customer file that isn’t print-ready.
Proofs
Bonner Media LLC will provide an emailed proof on all projects to include a visual example or mock-up, and listing materials, sizes, colors, or other attributes. The client is fully responsible for proofing all content of a project. Bonner Media LLC is not liable for errors in a final product including misspellings, typos, or finished product size. Due to the varied materials and printing processes used for signage projects, we are unable to offer exact color matching, but will get as close as reasonably possible. Note that colors viewed on screen may appear different on the final product
Cancellation
In the event of a project cancellation, the client is responsible for paying for all work and costs incurred up until that date. In case of no response from the client after a 30 day period, the project will be cancelled without any notice or intimation to the client and no amount will be refunded. All produced media will be held for 90 days and is subject to an annual interest rate of the lesser of 18% percent or the maximum rate allowed by law.
Warranty
The client must inspect a finished product within 5 days after delivery and note any defect in production or installation. Absence of such notice shall be conclusive evidence that the work is accepted as delivered. Bonner Media LLC warrants that goods and services provided by Bonner Media will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year from the date of delivery. In the case of a client-installed product, Bonner Media is not responsible for any defects or failures caused by improper installation. Upon expiration of the one-year warranty, materials are warranted solely in accordance with the manufacturer’s separate warranty.
